Aussie Meat Pie
Filling:
1 1/2 pounds round steak, cut into 1/2-inch cubes

Scotch Pie 
Filling: 
1 pound (500g or two cups) lean lamb, minced (ground) 

You will of course note, along traditional lines, that the Scotch pie
contains only 2/3rds the meat of the Aussie pie, but then that's why all
the clever ones migrated I guess. And brought the recipe, for which we
thank them.
