I read this kind of thing and usually find myself imagining that our
descendants, a few hundred years from now, reading history, will shake their
heads at how much time and energy we wasted... much as we respond to those
who invested so much of themselves in figuring how how many angels can dance
of the head of a pin, etc.

And here I am, wasting time commenting about it.
