Would that be good advice?
Quite possibly. While RJ maintains it'll only be one more book, he's maintained that it'll only be three more more book since the second one came out... I suspect he's almost possioned all the characters, except one, right where they need to be, so I expect it to be two more books. And two more books would fit nicely with the numerology of the books, which tends to focus on 13 (but not in the same way Steven Brust uses 17). But if you really wanted to you could stretch it out by only reading a couple chapters per week. There's something like 500 to 550 chapters so far and the next book would likely take 2 to three years to finish. But part of the whole jordan goodness is trying to figure out what's going on after each book. When it's all done, reading the newsgroup and the FAQ just won't be the same... Altho, I suppose you could start reading the book-specific versions of the FAQ after Book 5. And of course it goes without saying that the Prequel book and the Big Book of Bad Art, AKA the world of RJ wheel of time, need to be read in publication order, because of serious spoilers. _______________________________________________ http://www.mccmedia.com/mailman/listinfo/brin-l
