Is there any real danger that Yellow Fever returns to New Orleans?

There are plenty of other diseases that might take its place if the mosquitoes are not effectively controlled. West Nile is all over this part of the world and we have been dealing with various mosquito borne encephalitis.

I'm not aware of any danger from Yellow Fever currently, but I suppose it is possible.
