The Catholics are not fighting the Protestants any more and neither are the 
Protestants fighting the catholics.. not in the way they were years ago. Now 
the current bone of contention for this riot is the fact that the Orange Order 
were not allow march down a catholic street.. whats wrong with the march, well 
the Orange order celebrate William of Orange a dutch Protestant who slaughtered 
thousands of catholics centuries ago. Now it is used as a kind of rallying cry 
for rabble, but a lot of the order has been influenced by very unsavoury people 
and now it is just manipulation by criminals using this as a front.
