Ha. Judging from the recent reaction to the hurricane and knowing Bush's atipathy for California, it wouldn't surprise me if the administration set up a blockade in the case of a major disaster here.

Ha, yourself! I don't believe that the administration that couldn't shoot strait could pull that off. They'd probably invade Vancouver, BC.

And, having appointed an old friend and Texas pretzel chef to lead the invasion, they'd probably get thrown back upon encountering their own unusually long, dark and threatening shadows at that high latitude.
