1. BC did lie about it in order to evade accountability. Hence it is credible that W would lie in order to keep ix from coming out. 2. There is vastly worse than a bj in the hall. Ask America's WOMEN, who (BTW) were singularly absent during the crusade against Bill Clinton. Nearly all of those screeching at him were men... hypocrites, most of whom had had horrific divorces!
