This may be too late to help, but if you are not vegetarian, you can't go wrong with lamb kebobs. The marinades typically used seem to agree well with most Westerners, so long as you don't mind the garlic. Just realize they can be a bit messy. And be aware that although the nan or naun (flatbread) may look like the nan you would find at an Indian restaurant, chances are it will taste quite different. Not better or worse, but different.
