LOL.......According to a certain election conspiracy theorist I heard interviewed on Pacifica radio yesterday, NASA was in on the fix. NASA provided software expertise to enable Republicans to "cut'n'paste" votes from one candidate to another. Maybe Kneem knows this story better than I do.
