It was clear before, just wrong, again. Under the law, I don't know of any way someone can prevent you from commenting on publicly available information. Even if you signed a contract that specifically stated that you can't comment on publicly available information (which would be very foolish of you), that part of the contract would probably turn out to be invalidin court. Maybe you don't want to take the effort to comment, or are afraid to, but you are wrong about not being able to.
