I know I'll have to make this choice on my own. Just wondering what I might be missing.
Since you're single, I'd say go with your heart on this one. It's a much tougher decision if you've got mouths to feed. As for the o-fer, maybe it's _because_ of the place and the mentality of the people there. And if you're moving within the company, you'll probably be able to go back if it doesn't work out though there will probably be a price to pay.
