Dangerous to who? At least as dangerous to the people of Afghanistan as Saddam was to the people of Iraq (which is _now_ the right wing's justification for the invasion of Iraq given that no WMD have been found). And given that immediately after 9-11 we invaded Afghanistan to get the Taliban, they were always more dangerous to us than Saddam. So on EITHER criteria, the Taliban was more dangerous than Saddam Hussein.
