An interesting trivia question for you.... what is the only school from the
State of Texas to win the NCAA Men's Basketball National Championship.

Easy. Texas Western at El Paso (now UTEP). Won the 1965 championship, defeated Kentucky (first time Kentucky had ever played a team with black players). UTEP coach Don Haskins' greatest moment. Pat Riley (later coach of the Laker, Knicks & Heat) played for Kentucky. That was the Final Four that Bill Bradley led Princeton to.
