I once saw an islamic movie about the Life of Muhammad that followed _all_ the rules. The moviemakers were not allowed to represent Muhammad, Ali, Fatima, etc, etc. So they focused on a Prophet's third cousin once removed, who was shown talking to the camera and waiting for a long pause [probably hearing Muhammad's reply] all through the movie :-)
