I don't personally know anyone in education or
medicine who advocates "abstinence only" education. 
"Abstinence is best" -yes, but not without actual
medical information (emotional content also adressed,
as this is quite important).  A very brief search
didn't turn up any either (but others are encouraged
to search further!).

I thought I made that clear -- of course it should be
included.  In any conversations WRT sex that I have
with young women, I advocate sexual abstinence until
'maturity' - entering into a long discussion of what
that means to me, and why I think it the best course
of action (or non-action, in this case).
