If I _wanted_ to debate with fanatics, there are probably more interesting places to do it. After my last experience, though, political debate on Brin-L strikes me as a singular waste of my time right now.
Ah, more name calling. 8^) It's interesting that while my arguments reflect the questions that are being asked by millions of Americans coast to coast on a daily basis and I've consistently attempted to keep to the argument and not make it personal, that you consider me to be the fanatic.
I only saw portions of the Bush interview on Face the Nation Sunday - a few sound bites, but from what I saw, Bush looked nervous and sweaty. A man in a difficult position, clearly on the defensive. And Russert had kid gloves on. I guess that if the man himself has trouble explaining things, I can understand why his supporters would shy away from attempting to do so.
