Comparing the victory in Iraq with the English victory at Agincourt is very, very dangerous. While the English DID have a tremendous victory at that famous battle, in the end it meant...nothing. A bit of prestige for the combattants and more humiliation for the French Crown. But it was the actual conquests of Henry V that brought the French to the negotiating table, and nearly fulfilled the objective of the Enlgish Kings after Edward III -- securing the French throne.
Similarly, the military victory in Iraq may mean nothing if we can't win the war for peace...
