Heh.

I have a Zalman Flower Fan in my PC now, and it's wonderful. Quieter 
and more efficient than any other (well, except one REALLY loud) 
Athlon fan I've ever come across.

Basically, you mount a big, quiet 80mm fan to blow down onto that.

It's nice. It's quiet. It's heavy. It's a lot cheaper than a lot of 
the fans out there.
