One hoon name contains a "B'

Auph-hu-Phwuhbhu, author of The Art of Exile

Page 230 of the hardback Brightness Reef.

Well, I still wanted to do the following, so let's make
this er the exception by choice.

-------

Though the Hoon can easily pronounce any Anglic word
with the letter B, they choose not to use it in their own
language.

For the sounds "Ba-ba-ba" or "Bi-bi-bi" are the first sounds to be
made by a hoon infant. Automatically or instinctively......

Whereupon one or the other of the Jijo parents take the baby into the
little hut out back of the family khuta.

(Indoor facilities for the more civilized Hoon planets.)

When a child is old enough to walk there by themselves, they
are old enough to stop making the B sound.

Auph-hu-Phwuhbhu, as a rebellious author, had
his name changed to reflect the need for a literary
second childhood.

Or just to piss off a few hoon critics.

----There ya go Julia. Don't you wish the human learning process
was going to be as easy as a Hoon's?

William Taylor

The piss, of course, being yellow on Jijo.
but green on Hurmuphta.

(as determined in last zMUD.)

Love them native spices!
