So, Tom, all the statements by President Clinton about

That many people on both sides of the isle were wrong doesn't make Bush any less wrong, especially if it turns out that intelligence agents were pressured into making conclusions that they might not have made otherwise. None of the people you quoted bears the responsibility of actually invading Iran, and in fact, many of them advised that we get a greater consensus or allow the inspectors to continue their work.

I find it rather ironic that Bush, after his tantrums prior to the war is the one now asking for patience.

As for getting rid of brutal dictators - if that's our motivation, let's get to work in Africa, among other places. What's the hold up?

I guess all of those people were hoodwinked by the
Vast Right Wing Conspiracy, right Tom? It was all a
plot by the Bush Administration, which is so
Machiavellian they were able to trick people _even
before they took office_.

Actually, that think tank that several members of the administration were members of probably did have some degree of influence through the late '90s.

Amazing. Man, if I had
realized that they were that brilliant before you
explained it to me, well, I probably would have voted
for them even more enthusiastically...

Is that possible? 8^)
