My dictionary defines intolerance as 'not enduring difference of opinion'. Since the evils of religions are a matter of fact and not opinion, intolerance doesn't come into it :)
Until you prove that you don't have a problem with people speaking their minds about the positive aspects of their religions without attacking them for what they believe you'll likely remain tagged as an intolerant.
