There's no sign of that from the article you linked.
The whole topic is concerned with how prime numbers are distributed.
I doubt that knowing more about the distribution in this way
would be much help in FACTORING, which is what is used in most
cryptographic schemes involving primes.
Even having something amazing, such as a formula which
generated all the twin primes, would not help you factor numbers
into primes. But thanks for the link...
