Anyone in Texas wanting to contact their senator or represenative about the appropriate bill (or any other matter, for that matter), but not sure how: Go to http://www.capitol.state.tx.us/cgi-bin/db2www/fyi/zip.d2w/input and enter your zip code. You'll get a page with your US congressional rep, your state senator (assuming one is unique to your zip code, if not, you'll get more than one and have to figure it out from there), your state representative (again, same deal, and I'm not *quite* positive which House district I'm in, better research *that*!) and whoever is representing your zip code on the State School Board. The reps and senators for the state of Texas should have web pages that'll be linked from the Find Your Incumbent result page. There should be a way to e-mail them from a web-based form. At least, there was for my rep (and I have now determined that I'm in District 52, and *not* District 20, thanks to the map available from the District 52 rep's page) and my senator (District 5).
