No, it's just ironic that one group is angered by
another who does what the first said it would.  Mind
you, I don't approve of the Turks increasing their
forces on the 'wrong' side of the border, given the
history of the Turks and the Kurds, as I think it has
bad (inflammatory) potential.  But it did strike my
Tymbrimish funny bone.  ;P

Just as American and British forces have been present
to enforce the "no-fly" zones, yes.
