I worked for an Australian chef in culinary school[0] who I would never, ever, ever 
want to cross.

[0] before I decided that the BS attitude of most chefs ("you will chop vegetables 
until I deem you worthy to chop fruit, which you will do until I decide you may slice 
bread, which you will do until I decide you are worthy of boiling water..") killed any 
ambition I had in the field
