This was the plane to which I referred in my post last night, and this is
something that a lot of war supporters are pointing at to indicate that the
resolution has been violated by Iraq (why didn't they list it in the
declaration?).

Right now, I think that the US is going to go in, inevitably, and all the
behind-the-scenes stuff with UN member countries is something in the
direction of rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic.  Not as extreme as
rearranging deck chairs, but in that direction.
