A democracy without an equivalent of the Bill of Rights. Since you
apparently need everything spelled out for you, John, I do not suggest a
PURE democracy. That would be foolish.

I would not be so arrogant about it as that, and as I said in a previous
post, I think Bush has been far too arrogant. If if were done in the
right way, yes, a lot of countries would "show up".
