I've heard of people complaining of this before.  I think it's a vertigo-type reaction,
not an eye condition.  You might even want to check the back of your game manuals,
I remember seeing health warnings in some games about how to reduce/mitigate this
effect.

I've never had it myself so hadn't paid much attention, but I think some of  the 
general
points were:
- play with your room lights on
- sit back from the screen
- take frequent breaks away from the computer
