Interesting data from a Gallup poll conducted in 39 countries:

In favour of military

4 Under no circumstances
5 Don't know

Germany 39 9 48 50 2

Note which country is apparently most in favour of invading Iraq.
Netherlands is the most in favour of all European countries, and fourth
overall. The main difference for the US is the proportion willing to go to
war without UN support. Also interesting to my mind is the relatively high
support by Germany(48%), yet in another question asked about whether their
country should actually participate in the action, only 24% of Germans
agreed.

This was The poll was published two weeks ago; not sure haw much views have
changed since it was held. Worth checking out the complete report.

Regards, Ray.
