I'll dig back, but the general theme of "we'll have to control the oil
fields while the fledgling democracy gets on its feet.. for their own good,
of course" is one I've seen often in the past.

A few quick questions relating to this statement:


1) Did earlier inspections ever find WMD?

2) How long did they look before they found them?

3) What was the break that let them find them?
