Colin Powell sits down with the Senate this morning and tells them that Al Jazeera has a tape of Bin Laden issuing a statement of support for President Saddam Hussein and the Iraqi people.

Al Jazeera announces they have no such tape. Powell is lying.

A little while ago, Al Jazeera announces they have the tape and will play it this afternoon.

How is it that our intelligence operatives know better than Al Jazeera what they have in their posession? Did we mug the FedEx guy or something?
