<agree> Weren't the clamoring for a new building a few months ago? Fine, let them build it in Bogota, Paris, Johannesburg, or Riyadh.

Or they build it on the site of the world trade towers and they HAVE TO walk past the victims memorial everyday. No side doors, no elevators from a sub basement.
