Just as an FYI for those interested in numbers:
I have Cornell digests from December 1998 through June 2001. During
that period, the largest digest was over 500K, but there was only one
such digest. One other digest was over 400K. There were only 12
digests over 250K, while there were 54 over 200K. The median was under
100K.
