Would Linux Plumbers also be a good place for EBBR discussion?

November 13 - 15, Vancouver Canada.  Co-located with the kernel summit.

If so, has a proposal for EBBR already been submitted?  If not, the devicetree
track might be an appropriate place (the devicetree track has been submitted,
but has not been accepted yet).
