Why is boost::mpi "disabled" on apple?
This is an oversight. I don't recall what the problem was. Could you
just try removing the if(NOT APPLE) bits from
libs/mpi/src/CMakeLists.txt and let me know how it goes? If you get
errors, the output of 'make boost_mpi VERBOSE=1' and the (presumably
correct) output of bjam -d2 would be useful, as well as your CMakeCache.txt
