There's a little patch release up. If you've got a working 1.40.0 you
don't need it.
* Disable old, confusing modularization target, replace with message
explaining that it is not necessary to do any modularization
* Various documentation tuneups, improved 'quickstart'

We'll get on 1.41.0 when it comes out. A lot of bugs have been ironed
out during 1.40 which should make it fairly painless.
