Heath SO-4552 Dual Trace Oscilloscope: The SO-4552 dual trace scope is a 25 MHz scope that is very high quality. It is patterned after the Tektronix scopes, and looks and functions in much the same way. If you need a high quality dual trace scope, this is it! This one functions 100%, and looks extremely close to new. Manual is included for $150. . . AC VARIABLE VOLTAGE REGULATOR: Most of us call this a Variac. It is usually used to bring the AC line voltage up slowly, especially on vintage equipment. It is manually adjusted to set the AC voltage desired. This one is rated at 300VA, with output of 0-130VAC, usable on 60HZ. Maximum current is rated at 3 amps. This unit has a 3 prong grounded cord, as well as a 3 prong grounded outlet, and a voltmeter to read the output voltage. It also has a switch on top and a 3 amp fuse. More info is available at http://www.radwell.com/en-US/Buy/VARIAC/SC3M - They say that the Estimated Retail Price is $186.50, which is ridiculous. This one works fine, and looks very close to new. Buy it for only $75 plus shipping from Florida. . . Open Frame "Variacs" Although we call these "Variacs" that is really a trade name. They are variable autotransformers, usually used to control 120 V AC and output from zero to 130 V AC. Often they are used to slowly bring up the voltage, or to control plate or filament voltages in an amplifier. Both of these are open frame type, designed to be mounted behind a panel. Ohmite VT-2 Rated 60 to 400 Hz, at 1.75 amps maximum, 0 to 132 V AC output. This one is still in its original box, unused. EBay had one listed at $82. Buy this one for $45. Superior Electric PowerStat Type 10 B Rated at 50 to 60 Hz, 2.25 Amps Maximum, 0 to 132 V AC output. This one apparently has been used, as it has solder on its terminals; it functions 100%. EBay has these in the $50 vicinity. Buy this one for $35. . . RCA WV-150 A, Analog Expanded Scale AC Line Meter The RCA WV-120 Power-Line Monitor is designed for use where it is important to know the power line voltages. It provides continuous, accurate indication of the AC line at a glance, without the inconveniences of handling probes and switches. It can be used with frequencies of 25 Hz, 50Hz, 60Hz, or 400 Hz. The instrument features accuracy of +/- 2% at 120 volts and +/- 3% at 100 volts and 140 volts. The meter has a large special expanded scale with large, easy-to-read voltage designations. The meter movement is a moving-vain type. It indicates RMS values even when the waveform is distorted. This feature is highly desirable because it permits the meter to indicate the presence of line-voltage "bounce" or fluctuations. More info at http://www.indianaradios.com/RCA%20WV-120A%20Power%20Line%20Monitor.htm This one works 100% and looks fine. $40 . . RCA WA-44 B Audio Signal Generator: This signal generator produces sine waves from 20 Hz to 200 KHz. More details at http://www.radiomuseum.org/r/rca_audio_generator_wa_44c.html This one produces a nice sine wave and looks fine. With manual for $40. . . RCA WR-70 A Marker / Adder: For more details, please see http://www.radiomuseum.org/r/rca_rfifvf_marker_adder_wr_70.html This one works fine and looks great also. Please make a reasonable offer. . . Hewlett Packard HP 400 AC Voltmeter: The HP-400 series is the standard for good lab quality voltmeters with a wide frequency response (20 Hz to 4 MHz). These meters have an amplified output terminal that can be used as a preamp for a digital scope, a chart recorder, etc. The HP 400 meters are all RMS reading AC voltmeters with a large mirrored meter. HP 400 E This unit has ranges from 1 mv to 300 volts full scale (-60 to +50 dbm), with a linear mirrored scale. This one works fine, has a calibration sticker on it, with paper work for $75. . . HP 3476 A Digital Multi Meter: The HP model 3476A is a 3½-digit instrument that measures dc and ac volts, dc and ac current, and resistance. It has autoranging and autopolarity selection but it also has a range-hold function that retains a range regardless of input changes. Note that it measures AC currents, which many do not measure. Full-scale ranges are from ±0.110V to ±1000V dc and ac, ±0.110 to 1.10A dc and ac, and 1.10kΩ to 11,000kΩ. The frequency range for ac voltage and current measurements is 45Hz to 5kHz. This is a very high quality DMM for the bench. It has a calibration sticker on it (that is out of date), which shows the quality of this meter. This particular unit works as it should, and is in very nice cosmetic condition. With paper work for $120 or REASONABLE offer. . . HP 5306 A, Precision DMM and Counter: The HP 5306 A is a precision 4 1/2 digit digital multi meter and counter combination unit. This is a lab quality precision instrument. It is not a very high precision, $10,000 unit, but is right below that category. It is much better than the standard "bench" meter. It measures DC and AC voltages to 1000 V (AC frequency response from 40 Hz up to 100 KHz), and resistance to 10 Megs. Input impedance is 10 Meg, with extremely high (over 80 db) Common Mode Rejection Ratio. It also has a built in frequency counter, as an added bonus. It is in a metal, shielded, enclosure, and is powered by 120 V AC. This one works 100% with really great accuracy. It looks extremely nice. Paper work is included for only $200 or REASONABLE offer. . . LG (EZ Digital) 1.5 GHz Frequency Counter: The LG (EZ Digital) FC-7150 1.5GHz Frequency Counter measures frequencies between 0.1Hz~150MHz in A input, 50MHz~1.5GHz in C input. Input A measures Period, Total, and RPM. It has a 9 Digit display. Features: Frequency measuring range: 0.1Hz~150MHz in A input, ...50MHz~1.5GHz in C input Period/Total/RPM measurement for input A 9 digit display High sensitivity external reference input function Microprocessor controlled Reciprocal technique for high resolution at low frequency Push-scanning for selecting function and gate time Low-pass filter installed for removing noise signal AC/DC coupling function with selectable X1 / X10 attenuator Data hold function More info at http://www.instrumentsgroup.co.za/index_files/EZdigital/FreqCounter/FC7015U,FC7150U,Series.pdf This unit works 100%, and looks extremely nice. With paper work for $250 or REASONABLE offer. . . Bird 50 C Slug: As many people know, the Bird 43 series of watt meters use slugs to set the frequency and power range that they measure. This is a Bird 50 C slug. That means it measures 50 watts full scale and covers a frequency range from 100 to 250 MHz. This obviously includes the 2 meter ham band,m as well as the 220 MHz band. This one works fine, and appears to be new. It has been tested. Only $50. . . I will be having more test equipment available (many with calibration stickers on them) as I get it checked out including items such as RCA SC-611 Broadband Sweep Generator RCA WR-41B UHF Sweep Generator Boonton 92 B, RF Milli Voltmeter Boonton 92 AD, RF Milli Voltmeter (calibrated to 600 MHz) and some General Radio and CDE items . . I also have many other accessories available such as many different types of microphones, HTs, VHF and UHF rigs, HF and VHF/UHF antennas, connectors, miscellaneous accessories, etc. Just too many to list here.
