OK, the Nuvistor in the SR-42A is a 13CW4 The Gonset Comm IV uses a 6CW4 (found my magnifying glass).

I have observed nuvistors in both of my versions of these rigs but I cannot find schematics that show them. The Edebris site must have the older versions of each rig. I can't read the serial # on the Comm IV. My Halli is the SR-42A model. Anyone have an answer, please? Thanks & 73, DavidC KD4E
