I have my Loudenboomer running, but the efficiency is not what I think it should be, getting about 50% max, at about 800W in, CW. Does anyone have measurements of theirs? The PS was a mess, with terminal strip cut out, but simple to fix. Amp seems bulletproof and well made. The B+ wants to run very high. 90V gives me 3KV at idle, even with the bleeder changed to 50K! The cap is 3KV, so I don’t dare run w/o the Variac!
