Working with another ham on several NC-300 and NC-303 projects, and we need a power transformer for one of our babies. It is not just a bad transformer, it is a totally missing, gone, missing from action transformer. Still working on developing an idea of what is needed specification wise (other than an actual transformer from the subject receivers) and essentially what we know so far:Physical size: lamination stack is about 2-1/2 by 3-1/2 by 2-1/2 inches tall. End bells add about 5/8" to each end. Secondary HV: 300V CT at maybe 150 mAFilament1 : 6.3VAC at 3 A(?)Filament2 : 13.6VAC at 1/2 A
I know the HV side looks a bit low but National used a FW rectifier with cap input filters to give 160VDC and 150 VDC so, yes, HV is low. Thoughts, opinions and leads all appreciated.
