Hi Bry, an interesting thought. But many of the Novice style rigs didn't
have phone, so they will not be on for that portion of CX. In any event, I
do have one or two "Novice" era rigs around so we'll see what happens! For
those who do have a Novice style rig with AM built in, I'd think 10 meters
offers the best range if it's open. I ran 10M AM phone in 1967/68 from
Guantanamo (KG4DF) with a Knight T-60 on 28.888, great fun. Dig out those
7.2XX crystals! It'd be nice to see this take off. Thanks for hosting it.
