Discuss&Plan: 2nd round legal advisor questions - (Florian, Lothar all 20min) Rationale: Florian is finalizing the draft by tuesday, then we can agree on the final version and next steps during friday's call Reason why in private: confidential items for advice, preliminary discussion of offerings 4.
