June 27, 2004 Dear Mr. Beal:
With all due respect sir, KISS MY GRITS! The rest of us on this site are trying to preserve & promote the wonderful type music Carter & Ralph Stanley started nearly 60 years ago, made together for 20+ years and that Ralph, Ralph II, & my sister continue to carry on today. Most of us are CONTRIBUTING current information, personal appearance times, new records we like, our thoughts, memories, and other POSITIVE things-not whining about how we can't get my name off the list. Get a grip, sir & something else to do besides complain. I rarely say anything negative to anyone, but if there's any soap opera here, it's Dennis Beal-The Bold & the Whining! Keep loving mountain & Bluegrass Music, it's just the best. Patiently, Doris Stanley Bradley. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Dennis Beal" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Sunday, June 27, 2004 6:10 AM Subject: BG: The Doris Soap Opera > > Dear Boys and Girls: > Alas, I have just skimmed another long and boring soap opera > submission about poor Doris and how hard it is studyng for yet another > law degree (or whatever) and about the thickness of the Stanley blood. > I caught Ralph at the Smithsonian Folk Life Festival last July and > signed up for this service to find out more about him and his schedule > and his music. > I will now try for the third time to resign from the service as I > send my best wishes to Doris on her much written about second, third, > and fourth bar exams. > DB > > Doris Bradley wrote: > > >June 26, 2004 > > > >Dear Willie: > > > >PLEASE forgive me if I've left correspondence unanswered.
