I've just got to ask...does anyone else wonder if Dr. Ralph was surprised at the 
premier of the movie when he sang "O Death" at the KKK rally?

If he agreed to have that placement of a beautiful spiritual song, then I lose respect 
for the man.

He sold out?  For what?  Money, fame...?

Did anyone see anything more in the film than typical Hollywood ignorance and making 
fun at a stereotype of the very culture it took it's music from?

I took very little good from it.
