Hi,
I have 2 machines running Ubuntu. 1 machine, emoji read fine with espeak-ng and speech-dispatcher with orca. The other, read read as "up up up". I have no idea what could be different between these 2 configurations (they both run Ubuntu desktop, and hte latest versions of orca, speech-dispatcher and espeak-ng.
