I have tested PRF support with a FIDO2 security key (YubiKey & Thales). It
seems the PRF extension works fine on desktop Chrome, *but prf does not
seem to work on Chrome on Android*.

I used the test site: https://levischuck.com/blog/2023-02-prf-webauthn

When registering a passkey, I get back the response to indicate that PRF is
enabled. However, when authenticating, the prf value is not returned.
