Hey Alex,
We already have done lots of analysis on how sites actually use the
accept-language.
We definitely will analyze whether this could cause any web
compatibility issue, etc. during the experiment.
Also, This proposal is not just simply reducing the language to
one language, there are options for sites if they care about
multi-languages.
