Hello blink API OWNERs, I'm requesting early feedback on https://github.com/syg/proposal-atomics-microwait. Specifically, the clampTimeoutIfCannotBlock option <https://github.com/syg/proposal-atomics-microwait?tab=readme-ov-file#clamptimeoutifcannotblock>, as it proposes relaxing the "main thread cannot block" restriction.
