This is an FYI that the Topics API is changing its taxonomy from v1 <https://github.com/patcg-individual-drafts/topics/blob/main/taxonomy_v1.md> to v2 <https://github.com/patcg-individual-drafts/topics/blob/main/taxonomy_v2.md>. It has been running in Canary/Dev/Beta at 50% for two weeks, and we are rolling out to 1% Stable next. We intend to then ramp to 100% after two weeks.
