Hello Joe, We decided to land the shipping CLs after addressing TAG review comments, so WebTransport <https://chromestatus.com/feature/4854144902889472> won't ship in M96. There are two items currently not on your list: Back-forward cache on Android <https://chromestatus.com/feature/5694778600587264> and Back-forward cache on Desktop <https://chromestatus.com/feature/6279906713403392> we plan to ship in M96. I'll make the changes in the chromestatus entry.
