Hello Joe,

We decided to land the shipping CLs after addressing TAG review comments,
so WebTransport <https://chromestatus.com/feature/4854144902889472> won't
ship in M96.
There are two items currently not on your list: Back-forward cache on
Android <https://chromestatus.com/feature/5694778600587264> and Back-forward
cache on Desktop <https://chromestatus.com/feature/6279906713403392> we
plan to ship in M96. I'll make the changes in the chromestatus entry.

Thanks
Daisuke
